Welcome to Garuda Soft Tech (also operating as “Garuda Software Technologies”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally enforceable agreement between you (“Student”, “User”, “Candidate”, or “You”) and Garuda Soft Tech regarding your use of our official website (garudasofttech.com), student management portal, classroom and online training services, educational materials, and certification systems.

By submitting an admission form, paying tuition fees, accessing course portals, or using our campus facilities, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

Garuda Soft Tech offers specialized technical training courses, diploma programs, and career enhancement certifications. To be eligible for enrollment:

• Minimum Age: Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. For applicants under 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian consent and counter-signature on admission records are mandatory.
• Academic Qualifications: Applicants must meet the basic educational background or prerequisite knowledge specified for each track (e.g., Degree/Diploma in STEM or basic computer literacy for Full Stack & Data Science).
• Accurate Identification: Candidates must furnish genuine government-issued identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or College ID) during registration for official student records, ISO certification issuance, and background verification.

Training is delivered through three primary formats: Classroom (In-Person at Campus), Live Online Interactive, and Hybrid Blended Mode.

Curriculum Evolution: Technology moves quickly. Garuda Soft Tech reserves the right to periodically update, refine, or substitute tools, frameworks, and syllabus modules (e.g. upgrading React, Python, or AI libraries) to ensure students learn the most industry-relevant technologies without lowering total training hours.

Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 80% attendance and satisfactory completion of hands-on capstone projects are mandatory to qualify for course completion certification and placement interview scheduling.

All course fees, examination fees, and installment schedules are clearly detailed in the official admission invoice issued to the student upon enrollment.

A. Payment Terms

• Tuition fees may be paid in full at enrollment or via agreed installment milestones (e.g., 2 or 3 scheduled installments).
• Accepted payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Official Campus Cash Counters with receipt.
• All payments must be accompanied by an official computerized invoice generated from the Garuda CRM system.

B. Refund & Cancellation Schedule

All educational materials provided by Garuda Soft Tech—including but not limited to slide decks, video recordings, coding assignments, project blueprints, question banks, LMS access tokens, and technical documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Garuda Soft Tech.

• Personal Non-Commercial License: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and study the materials solely for your individual career education.
• Strict Prohibition on Redistribution: You may NOT record, reproduce, re-upload, publicly broadcast, sell, torrent, or redistribute our course videos, PDFs, or software assets to third parties or online file-sharing websites.
• Student Project Ownership: Any original source code, application code, designs, or capstone projects personally written by the student during the course remain the intellectual property of the student.

Upon successful completion of the enrolled course curriculum, qualifying students are awarded an official Garuda Soft Tech Certificate of Completion or Diploma.

• Eligibility Criteria: Certificates are issued only after the student has achieved ≥ 80% attendance, cleared internal evaluations/mock interviews, and fully settled all tuition fees.
• Tamper-Proof Verification: Each certificate contains a unique alphanumeric Credential ID and secure QR code. Employers and background check agencies can verify authentic student credentials 24/7 at garudasofttech.com/verify-certificate.
• Revocation: Garuda Soft Tech reserves the absolute right to revoke any certificate if it is discovered that the candidate committed academic dishonesty, fraud, or submitted plagiarized project work.

Garuda Soft Tech maintains an active Corporate Placement Cell dedicated to connecting graduates with IT companies, MNCs, startups, and software service providers in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and across India.

* Disclaimer: While Garuda Soft Tech provides extensive training, guaranteed interview drives, resume preparation, and job referrals until placement, final selection depends on the candidate’s individual performance in employer technical rounds.

Garuda Soft Tech fosters a collaborative, professional, and respectful learning environment. All students, trainers, and visitors are expected to adhere to high standards of conduct:

• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of verbal, physical, sexual, or cyber harassment, bullying, or discrimination against fellow students, staff, or faculty will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal action.
• Workstation & Lab Care: Hardware equipment, monitors, lab computers, servers, and high-speed campus networks must be used exclusively for authorized coursework. Installing unauthorized software, crypto-miners, or malicious payloads is strictly prohibited.
• Campus Decorum: Please maintain cleanliness, avoid food or drinks near lab hardware, and respect scheduled batch timings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all training services, websites, code repositories, and educational materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Garuda Soft Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data corruption, network outages, or business interruption—arising from the use of our services. In all circumstances, Garuda Soft Tech’s aggregate total liability shall be strictly limited to the actual tuition fees paid by the student for the specific program in dispute.

These Terms and any contractual dispute, claim, or grievance arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any disagreement or dispute:

1. The parties shall first endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith discussions with the Academic Director of Garuda Soft Tech within thirty (30) business days.
2. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
